1.1 "Services" - online managment of invoices, expenses and other small business-related services offered by SuperFaktura.sk
1.2 "Account" - SuperFaktura.sk customer account that is identified by user's login username (email)

(Hereinafter referred to as "Provider")
1.4 "User" - any person or business entity that maintains an account with SuperFaktura.sk and utilizes our Services
2.1 The Provider promises that all personal information, provided to him by the Users and that are required upon registering with the website SuperFaktura.sk, will be used and processed for the sole purpose of carrying out the contract among the User and the Provider. All information are processed and used in accordance with the most current Personal Data Protection Act č.428/2002 Z.z. The extent of information that the User has to provide upon registration can be found in the registration form. By registering, the User agrees to processing and the storage of his personal information to ensure proper provision of the Services and is entitled to access his personal information at any given time. The Provider acts in accordance with Personal Data Protection rules and does his best to keep them safe.
2.2 By using the Services, User consents to the processing and the storage of his personal data in the Provider's internal database.

4.1 The Provider promises to provide such an enviroment that allows the User - easy, quick and safe creation of invoices; invoice printing and dispatch of invoices through email or mail; convenient and complete overview of payments, debtors and overall business performance; expense tracking; automatic dispatch of invoices through mail; preparation of a particular type of tax return; additional features and services that are offered to the public through the website at the given time
V. Rights and Obligations of the User
5.1 The User is obliged to provide correct contact information upon registration to ensure proper billing for the Services as well as to allow communication with the User. The User is obliged to keep his contact information true, accurate, current and complete at all times.
5.2 The User agrees to have only one SuperFaktura account per person or per business entity. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and are going to be deleted.
VI. Rights and Obligations of the Provider
6.1 The Provider is obliged to ensure continous avalaibility of the Services.
6.2 The Provider does not violate his obligations stated in point 6.1., if the Services are not available due to unavoidable and objective reasons (e.g. power outage; servers losing Internet connection, which is necessary for the continous availability of the Services and etc.) or due to the Provider's intervetions to the system (e.g. upgrading the system to a newer version).
6.3 The Provider has the right to suspend User's account in the even of User intentionally disrupting the Services or the User trying unauthorizedly to access other Users' information.
6.4 The Provider has the right to change these Terms and Conditions and is obliged to inform the Users about the change in advance.
VII. Fees and Payments
7.1 Information regarding the fees for all paid Services is available to User at Pricing.
7.2 The Provider reserves the right to change the prices of Services at any given time. A 30 days notice period will be given to all Users prior to the price change.
7.3 Platba je vždy uhrádzaná vopred vo forme predplatného a je vratná do 14 dní od prijatia platby bez udania dôvodov.
7.4 The Provider has the right to disable access to whole or part of any Service, if the User fails to pay the fees stated in the current pricing section.
7.5 The Provider allows to use the Services without a charge for the first 30 days from the registration with the purpose of trying out the Services. By trying out the Services, the User does not become obliged to pay fees for the Services, if the User chooses to stop using the Services after the 30 days period.

8.1 Reklamácia služby musí byť zaslaná z účtu používateľa na email@example.com.
8.2 O stave reklamácie bude užívateľ okamžite informovaný pomocou e-mailovej komunikácie.
